i'm in the last few days before my finals and am feeling overwhelmed by how much there is to learn/how much i should already know/how much i've already forgotten.

i was watching a news segment on t.v. earlier, and they showed the local shopping centre. there were christmas trees and lots of ppl, and ppl were wearing shorts! this place still doesn't make sense to me, celebrating christmas with a bbq at the beach is just weird!

anyway, not much is going on over here. every morning i curse myself for not having a good supply of 3/4-length pants. i've started looking for a new home over here, my two years of living at college are coming to an end. i'm a little nervous about moving beyond the sheltered confines of this place with its tutors (aka dons/RAs), and 20 of my classmates within a stone's throw, but at the same time i'm quite eager about it.
