just an update, nothing too exciting over here.

i just finished my 10 week medical rotation, and will be starting my 10 week surgical rotation next week. i am extremely nervous, but am also looking forward to it for the experience. i'll tell ya how it goes.

i had to do a presentation on renal failure a couple of weeks back. for it, i had to interview a patient. the guy was super nice. and he even gave me a jar of honey that he made! he has bees, isn't that fun? well, except for the time when he got stung by 500 of them. anyway, the honey is so good, and it'll probably last me the year (if i eat honey every day)... it's like 2kg!

i'm heading to sydney tomorrow morning for a quick trip. it'll be nice to get out of "the Can" for a bit. :)

my brother's wedding date has been finally confirmed. if all goes well, i'll be home for a quick visit in August. yippee!!
