i really hate it when i don't get my way!

my travel plans are all settled now. i'm leaving December 8 from Sydney and will be arriving about 24 hrs later on December 8 in Toronto. i was going to be making a pitstop in Vancouver on the way home, but the travel agent told me that if i cancel my current ticket to make the change, i'll probably lose my seat -- and the SYD->YYZ flight is fully booked... blah blah blah.

so poo! and i don't think i'll be making a stop on the way back to Australia either due to: 1) too much luggage, 2)no flight availability. what the heck is with all of these full flights between Canada and Australia? don't people have better places to go? haha, i don't.

i'm shipping out of Toronto again on January 14, arriving on January 16 -- funny how travel, time, and time-travel work. that'll give me two weeks of nothing to do, in a country that's too hot for my liking (a/c isn't as common over here -- neither is central heating).

anyway, here's to me not wasting my time in Toronto sitting on the couch watching tv!
